Hidden Reflex is a privately-funded software and web applications start-up company based in the United States and India. Our development and head office is in Bangalore, India. We are hiring.

The Hidden Reflex Team

Alok Bhardwaj [alok AT hiddenreflex DOT com], formerly a mergers & acquisitions investment banker for technology and other companies, founded Hidden Reflex. Mr. Bhardwaj earned a degree in philosophy from Princeton University in 1996. He is a founding member of PodVoters.org, and is also the proprietor of a New York City-based educational services firm. His interests outside of technology are world music, cinema, art, poetry, and science.

P Sathi Babu [sathi AT hiddenreflex.com] studied computer science at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. His academic research interests were in networking particularly sensor networks and distributed networks. Post-graduation, he's worked in web technologies. His interests outside of software are trekking, cricket, and the latest developments in science.

Venkat Bavandla [venkat AT hiddenreflex.com] completed his Master's degree at IIIT, Hyderabad. He completed significant research in cryptography at the C.R.Rao Advanced Institute of Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science (AIMSCS), Hyderabad. He currently works in web development and loves Python. Apart from technology, he writes stories in Telugu and has a keen interest in photography.

Naveen Kumar [naveen AT hiddenreflex.com] holds a master’s degree in computer science from Bangalore University. At Hidden Reflex, he works in web technologies. His other interests include mathematics and music.

M. Ravi Kumar [ravi AT hiddenreflex.com] started his Professional Career in 1992 as Marketing Manager - Ad Sales with Asia Television Network Ltd, (ATN) the first satellite television channel in India. He continued his career in television ad sales with Sun TV Network Ltd & Zee TV Network Ltd. In 2002, he earned an MBA from Einstein International University. At Hidden Reflex he is Director - Advertising Sales. His other interests include Hollywood/Bollywood Cinema, Sufi Music, Election Analysis and Public Policy.
